Stylus, Old Street EC1

Formerly home to the Margolin Gramophone Factory (creators of the iconic Dansette record player in the 1950s), and set within a hub of media and tech, 116 Old Street required a new name and brand identity to help bring it into a new era.

We created ‘Stylus’ – the name represented old and new with the concept of a stylus relating to a record player but also relevant to the technology used for tablets. A nod to both the building’s history and its surrounding creative environment.

The concept was elegantly executed throughout

all the marketing collateral, giving Stylus an impactful and memorable identity. The client wanted something that had real high impact in a very saturated area for office space.

Fetch absolutely nailed the pitch and went on to deliver an amazing brand. Their ongoing hands-on support was instrumental to our market campaign – always fast to respond and continually coming up with so many great ideas.
